1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of www.webbo.co.in (the "site") and any work WEBBO ("we", "us") does for you. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What we offer
WEBBO is a creative and digital marketing studio based in India. We offer branding, website design, app development, video editing, drone and video shoots, and social media marketing. The service pages describe this work in general terms; they aren't a quote or a binding offer.
3. Quotes and projects
Every project starts with a written quote or proposal, sent on WhatsApp, by email or as a document. It sets out what we'll deliver, the price, how payment works and the timeline. Work starts once you accept it. If your quote or agreement says something different from these terms, the quote or agreement applies.
4. What you send us
You confirm that you have the right to share the logos, photos, footage, music, text and other material you send us, and that we may use it for your project. Please check drafts carefully: you're responsible for the content you approve for publishing.
5. Who owns the work
Who owns the final work, when ownership passes to you, and whether we may show it in our portfolio are set out in your quote or agreement. Fonts, stock footage, music, plugins and other third-party items stay under their own licences.
6. Using this site
You're welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don't copy its design, text, videos or logo for your own use, try to get into the owner area, overload or scan the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Accuracy and other sites
We try to keep the site accurate, but it's provided "as is" and service details can change. Some images and videos are illustrations, not client work. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other sites take you to services run by other companies under their own terms.
8. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, that come from using the site. For client work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for that project, unless your agreement says otherwise. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date shown with them is when they last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you visit.
